Finalists were recently announced for the Houston Business Journal’s 2021 Landmark Awards, which recognizes real estate projects that make a significant impact on Houston and help sculpt the look, feel and image of the city.
Our Bay Colony Pointe West is a finalist in the Residential Development category, while Mirror Lake earned finalist honors in the Multifamily category.
These honors illustrate Wan Bridge’s ability to rise above adversity, despite the challenges created by last year’s COVID-19 pandemic. Bay Colony features 175 single-family homes, while Mirror Lake holds 88 townhome duplex units on 15 acres. These build-to-rent projects were selected as finalists for excellence in land planning, design, construction, economics, marketing and management. The panel of judges narrowed down the finalists to 52 projects in 18 categories for this year’s awards.
The Houston Business Journal will recognize all the finalists and reveal the winners during the Landmark Awards live broadcast on April 22 at 2 p.m., as well as in a special publication in the April 23 weekly edition. Click here for more information and to register for the event.
