We closed the Balmoral land deal in August with 94 lots for duplexes and triplexes, in Humble, TX. Clearwater at Balmoral will be the first BTR neighborhood in the award-winning crystal lagoon master-planned community. The 8-acre amenity village took home a trophy for Best Community Amenity during the 2020 Texas Association of Builder’s Texas Star Awards. The 2-acre Crystal Lagoon® amenity ranges from 1-ft to 8-ft deep and stretches the length of almost two football fields, or more than six Olympic swimming pools.
