SEASON OF HARVEST!—We completed two major Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities in Q3, 88-unit Mirror Lake Townhomes in Pearland, TX and 175-unit Bay Colony Pointe West in League City, TX! We closed the Balmoral land deal in August with 94 lots for duplexes and triplexes, in Humble, TX. Clearwater at Balmoral will be the first BTR neighborhood in the award-winning crystal lagoon master-planned community. The 8-acre amenity village took home a trophy for Best Community Amenity during the 2020 Texas Association of Builder’s Texas Star Awards. The 2-acre Crystal Lagoon® amenity ranges from 1-ft to 8-ft deep and stretches the length of almost two football fields, or more than six Olympic swimming pools. It also features a kids’ cove and two different white sand beaches, including a family beach with cabanas and lounge chairs. WB also closed the Palm Bay deal in September with 94 Lots for detached homes and a new condominium project including 20+ condominiums in Galveston, TX. Palm Bay will be the first build-to-rent community on the Galveston Island! Located at the 4500 block Stewart Road on Galveston Island, Palm Bay is on Lake Como, an inlet of Galveston Bay that features Galveston.

Country Club, Galveston Island State Park. Future tenants will have opportunities to access amenities that embrace the seaside lifestyle, including convenient access to the beach, direct access to the bay, and boat rentals.   • The Residences at Rayzor Ranch: Phase 1 underground utility construction completed, horizontal development to be completed in February 2021
  • Ivy District: Preliminary plat approved by City of Pearland, land construction plan completed, horizontal development estimated to be completed in 2021
  • Pradera Oaks: Section 0 underground utility and paving finished, horizontal development estimated to be completed this month
