HOUSTON –Aug. 31, 2020 – Wan Bridge (WB), a Texas-based developer, builder and manager of build-to-rent communities in Dallas and Houston, will now be offering new townhomes in the high-profile Balmoral community popularized as home to the first Crystal Lagoons® amenity in Texas.

Wan Bridge’s Clearwater at Balmoral will be an upscale duplex and triplex community with 94 units ranging from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet with three to four bedrooms each. The homes are functional, boast ample storage, and are aesthetically pleasing with high ceilings, open floor plans and tall windows that bring in plenty of light. Energy efficiency is also a focus, with homes built to exacting standards. This exclusive offering of duplex townhomes for rent is a first for Balmoral. In response to client demand, WB Homes has expedited its production schedule and plans to have the units built and available for lease by the end of the year.

“Our product offers flexibility at a time of change in the home-building industry,” said Kevin Stuckey, Senior Vice President of Development for Wan Bridge. “Our fast-growing build-to-rent concept fills an important niche for those preferring to rent, but want the space, yard and other benefits of living in a home rather than an apartment. That is particularly appealing in a community like Balmoral, where the Crystal Lagoons® amenity and clubhouse are really the star attraction all its own.”

Balmoral was recently ranked No. 2 in Houston on the Robert Charles Lesser & Co (RCLCO) mid-year list of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the nation. The community is ranked No. 12 in the nation. Balmoral’s 8-acre Amenity Village took home a trophy for Best Community Amenity during the 2020 Texas Association of Builder’s Texas Star Awards in July. The 2-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity ranges from 1 foot to 8 feet deep and stretches the length of almost two football fields, or more than six Olympic swimming pools. It also features a kids’ cove and two different white sand beaches, including a family beach with cabanas and lounge chairs. The newly opened Blue Lagoon Beach Bar adds a waterside destination to relax, enjoy a drink and have a snack.

Wan Bridge currently owns and operates ten build-to-rent communities throughout Dallas and Houston and has plans to continue its reach across Texas.
