In his role, Kyle Spicer is primarily responsible for leading the growth of the Company’s land business in the Central Texas region. With his broad expertise in real estate, existing industry relationships, and ability to forge and develop new ones, Kyle continues to complement Wan Bridge’s growth as they enter new markets. He has spent a large portion of his career cultivating relationships with real estate industry professionals including landowners, developers, investors, bankers, and brokers. In addition, his experience working in capital markets as well as banking makes him an exceptional addition to the team.
He joined the WB team because of their unique vision, creative business model, and growing leadership in the build-to-rent space, along with the potential to grow and scale well into the future.
Kyle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with majors in Finance and International Business. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing golf, watching sports, traveling with his wife, and spending quality time with friends and family.
