In her role as Senior Vice President of Property Operations and Business Development, Kelli Cone leads the charge in driving business growth and operational excellence across Wan Bridge’s expanding portfolio. Based in our Dallas Division office, Kelli is dedicated to identifying new opportunities, streamlining operations, and ensuring high-quality living experiences for our residents—all while aligning with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
With more than 19 years of experience in the multi-family real estate industry, Kelli brings deep knowledge in acquisitions, new construction, lease-ups, and property management across various asset classes, including high-rise, garden-style, and single-family homes. Her leadership has guided the successful management of more than 75 assets throughout Texas, consistently delivering strong financial outcomes and exceptional resident satisfaction.
Before joining Wan Bridge, Kelli held key leadership roles at Willow Bridge Property Company (formerly Lincoln Property Company), The Lynd Company, Bell Partners Inc., and Sentinel Management. Her expertise spans capital planning, investor relations, revenue optimization, and team development, making her a vital force behind Wan Bridge’s continued success and expansion.
