The company is already underway with their plans to start 1,500 homes across its Texas markets in announced and yet-to-be announced communities by the end of 2023. The company opened multiple communities including The Residences at Rayzor Ranch, a new community in Denton, Pradera Oaks, a community in Rosharon, Texas, as well as the Enclave at Mason Creek, located among Katy’s corporate office parks.
In addition, Wan Bridge is also able to continue to improve and expand on existing communities. In partnership with Land Tejas, they will develop additional, build-to-rent units spread across multiple communities including the award winning Clearwater at Balmoral.
