Build-to-rent community coming to Georgetown

KVUE – (By Britny Eubank) – Georgetown Heights will include build-to-rent duplexes ranging from 1,400 to 2,100 square feet.
Wan Bridge Group will build and operate Georgetown Heights, a community of duplexes that will be located at 512 Northwood Drive in Georgetown. The two-story duplexes will feature three- and four-bedroom plans between 1,400 and 2,100 square feet.

This company plans to break ground on up to 30 new build-to-rent communities in the Dallas, Houston and Austin areas within the next year. After that, the goal is 30,000 new homes across the state over the next five years.

HOUSTON CHRONICLE – (By Katherine Feser) – Wan Bridge will rapidly expand its network of rental home communities in major metros across Texas after securing a multi-billion dollar commitment from a new investment partner.
The multiyear investment from an unnamed U.S. institutional investor will enable Wan Bridge to build up to 30,000 houses for the rental market over the next five to seven years, according to the Houston-based company.
Wan Bridge Starts Community – Build-To-Rent on Lake Conroe

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Wan Bridge, a Texas-based builder of build-to-rent communities, is building Lakeside Conroe near the shores of Lake Conroe north of Houston in Montgomery.
The build-to-rent community will include 169 single-family detached homes and 140 duplexes ranging from 1,979 to 2,426 SF.Some of the homes will be waterfront and have appealing views of Lake Conroe. The development, one of several Wan Bridge is building in Texas, is located just north of Highway 105.
