With an impressive career spanning over three decades in Real Estate Development, Lisa is undoubtedly one of the prime movers and shakers in developing master-planned communities across the state of Texas. Her career journey has allowed her to develop several communities in the Houston area, where she showcased her expertise in every phase of the business. At Wan Bridge, she oversees every aspect of developing these master-planned communities, from land planning and creating MUD districts to overseeing land development, platting, permitting, and the construction of infrastructure and community amenities. Her contributions extend to marketing the community and managing builder teams, along with efforts to reach out to the Realtor community.
Lisa’s remarkable journey in the industry also includes being recognized as the Greater Houston Builder’s Association’s Developer of the Year in both 2006 and 2013. She was the first woman to receive this prestigious honor. This award acknowledges Lisa’s success in improving the political and economic climate for home builders and developers in the Houston area.
