In her role, she is responsible for being the “bridge, connecting our people, their passions, and our business together.” Fowler Knight is focused on understanding the real estate market and business goals of the company to ultimately marry our employee’s career paths to company successes while ensuring excellent service every day.
Her 20-year HR career has been in the Real Estate industry supporting companies with several asset classes in real estate, commercial, retail, multi-family, and property management. She takes great pride in her commitment to working for a company that has a quality product with our people, assets, service and overall, innovative business design while demonstrating continuous respect for everyone involved. She also won the 2023 REDNews Real Estate Awards for Champion of Diversity, showcasing her commitment to building a diverse and integrated team here at Wan Bridge.
In her free time, Fowler enjoys cooking, going to concerts, hosting events for friends and family, and going to the beach. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Communication Studies with an English minor. She is also a certified Professional in HR (PHR) from HRCI and trained in the Birkman Method, a behavioral assessment tool.
