Our Leadership

Keith Clipp

Sr. Vice President
of Development & Innovation

Keith Clipp brings over two decades of leadership experience in construction, operations, and project management, both in the military and private sectors. A retired Major in the United States Army, Keith served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, CENTCOM, SOCOM, and the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division. He is especially proud of his work in Afghanistan, where he served as Project Manager for the $400 million Afghan National Army – Gamberi National Training Center, a collaborative effort with the U.S. Marines, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Royal Engineers of Great Britain.

Following his military service, Keith transitioned into residential construction in Florida. He quickly earned recognition as a top performer, being named Construction Manager of the Quarter in all four quarters of his first year, as well as SouthWest Florida Division Construction Manager of the Year at Taylor Morrison. His career has spanned land development, training, and safety instruction, including roles as a certified OSHA and Red Cross/First Aid Instructor.

Keith most recently served as National Vice President of Construction for a national Build-to-Rent company before joining Wan Bridge. His passion lies in building high-performing teams and executing construction strategies that drive operational excellence across markets.

He is married to his beautiful wife Keri, and the proud father of three children.  The oldest is 26 years old, serving in the US Air Force.  He looks forward to giving the Oath of Enlistment to his son in 2026 when he joins the Marines.  Sadly, he has not been able to coerce his third child into the military… but 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.
