HOUSTON BUSINESS JOURNAL – (By Jeff Jeffrey) – The new community marks Wan Bridge’s third major development announcement in the past year.
Lakeside Conroe is being built just north of Highway 105 on Crescent Cove Drive in Montgomery and will ultimately include up to 169 single-family homes and 140 duplexes, ranging from 1,979 square feet to 2,426 square feet. Some of the homes will be built along the Lake Conroe waterfront.
