Why build to rent? The idea, says Edison Park developer Wan Bridge, an outfit with presences in Houston and Dallas, is to offer the home life to a young, aspiring Millennial market while alleviating landscaping and home maintenance.
In mid-June, Wan Bridge Group introduced two of their six new patio homes in Edison Park, south of the Galleria off of Glenmont Drive and South Rice Avenue. It’s just north of the city limits of Bellaire, where new homes sell for more than a million.
