Vice President of Design
As Vice President of Design at Wan Bridge, Yina Chi oversees all aspects of architectural, interior, landscape, and permitting design across the company’s build-to-rent communities. She leads the vertical development phase of each project, ensuring design quality, code compliance, and seamless collaboration across departments. Passionate about creating cohesive, high-performing residential environments, Yina blends thoughtful architecture, inspiring interiors, and well-planned amenities to enhance everyday living.
With nearly 20 years of international experience in architectural design and project leadership, Yina has led large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across China, Europe, and the United States. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and received a national scholarship from China’s Ministry of Education to study in Italy, where she deepened her understanding of global design.
Under her leadership, the Wan Bridge Design Department has earned multiple company recognitions for excellence and collaboration. Several of the projects she has led or overseen have received professional awards in architectural, interior, and multifamily design—reflecting her commitment to creativity, quality, and teamwork.
Outside of work, Yina enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, and exploring nature. Her lifelong passion for architecture began at a young age, inspired by hours spent reading design books and exploring the built environment—fueling a career defined by curiosity, creativity, and purpose.
