In her role, Kristina is responsible for the property management operations, leasing, and maintenance service functions for the company. Her passion and commitment to providing five-star service to Wan Bridge customers is a driving force behind her leadership goals and her focus is ensuring all customers receive excellent service. She is also dedicated to fostering education and collaboration that creates an environment for innovation and growth. Combined, her responsibilities to her team and customers keep her looking for innovative ways to meet any challenges.
After building a firm foundation in multifamily property management at varying levels of leadership, she pivoted into the single-family rental space. Because of her experience in both the multi-family and single-family rental areas, Kristina brings significant expertise to the Wan Bridge team. She says the ability to be nimble in the build to rent space by meeting the needs of a diverse rental community makes her work innovative and exciting.
Kristina Chervenka has worked in various metropolitan areas including Phoenix, Raleigh, Atlanta, San Antonio, and Dallas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in history and is currently working on a CPM designation through IREM. She has obtained Texas and Florida Real Estate Licenses.
In her free time, Kristina enjoys reading and traveling with her husband. She is naturally drawn to museums and historical places and always tries to find the best, local cuisine anywhere they go.
