As an Event Manager, you will create and coordinate company events.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Conducting short- and long-term planning and management of events to develop and maintain relations with companies’ key stakeholders (business partners, residents, etc.).
  • Developing and recommending the budget, marketing plans, and objectives and managing within those approved plans.
  • Executing corporate-level events
  • Providing guidance and standards to community-level events
  • Managing the production of branded materials including signages, swags, etc.
  • Standardizing event management process
  • Training, supervising, and working with vendors to maintain high standards.

Extra points if you have obtained these preferred qualifications…

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing or hospitality preferred
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a senior role in event management
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • High energy
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
